Life has its moments when we all feel a little stuck and in need of guidance. I've been there too, where I knew deep down that change was necessary for my well-being, yet uncertainty of how to move forward is what held me back. Through my own healing journey, I've discovered that taking small steps towards change and engaging in self-reflection can lead to long-term improvements in our lives.
My mission to support others emotionally impacted by trauma and grief is rooted in my personal experiences. My mother died from pregnancy complications that went untreated by her medical doctor and passed away a day after giving birth to my twin brother and I. This traumatic event has fueled my determination to assist others in navigating the emotional aftermath of challenging life experiences.
